Welcome to LANORIE. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LANORIE.
LANORIE operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
LANORIE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products or services, you may be asked to provide certain information, including your email address, billing information, payment information and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide such information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account.

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate representations and descriptions of our products.
However, colours and product appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions and other factors.
Natural Pearls
Pearls are natural materials.
Variations in lustre, colour, surface, shape and size are inherent characteristics of each pearl and are not considered defects.
No two pearls are exactly alike.
Product photographs are intended to represent the character, quality and overall appearance of each design, but the individual pearl you receive may vary naturally from the pearl shown in photographs.
These natural variations are part of the character of genuine cultured pearls.
Depending on the design, LANORIE pieces may include freshwater cultured pearls, solid 925 sterling silver, 14k gold and natural stones. Specific materials are identified on the applicable product page.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit the quantities of products offered to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
LANORIE reserves the right to accept or decline an order in accordance with applicable law.
Your order is not accepted until LANORIE confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests after an order has been accepted or dispatched.
If we decline, amend or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone information supplied at checkout.
Returns
Unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise, eligible LANORIE products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or applicable law requires otherwise.
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer unless otherwise required by law or the return relates to an incorrect or defective item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

EU and UK Customers
If you are purchasing from the European Union or United Kingdom, applicable consumer protection law may provide you with a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Where this statutory right applies, it exists in addition to, and not instead of, LANORIE’s 30-day return policy.
Where required by applicable law, eligible standard outbound shipping charges will also be refunded.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.
Shipping charges are displayed separately where applicable.
For international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and included in your total at checkout in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Our intention is that your parcel should arrive without additional customs duties or carrier collection fees being payable at delivery where such amounts have been collected at checkout.
Prices displayed on our online store may differ from prices offered through other sales channels or third parties.
From time to time, we may offer promotions subject to separate terms and conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will govern that promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store.
You represent and warrant that any payment information supplied by you is accurate and that you are authorised to use the applicable payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
LANORIE orders are packed and generally dispatched within 2–3 business days from Hong Kong.
Delivery typically takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur as a result of shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Where applicable, import duties and taxes are calculated and included in your order total at checkout in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer at checkout.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product photography, reviews, video, audio and the design, selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by LANORIE, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit material from the Services without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

LANORIE’s name, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of LANORIE or its affiliates or licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

We do not monitor and may not have control over such third-party tools.

LANORIE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly with LANORIE.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and LANORIE, including injury, damage or loss arising from products purchased from LANORIE.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from your transactions with LANORIE.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
